Room guaranty
Without a paid deposit, we hold all rooms till 16:00 on the day of arrival. In case of a later arrival, please contact us, otherwise we reserve the right to offer the rooms another guest.

Deposit is required
- if you want a guaranteed reservation
- for group reservation of more than 5 rooms
- for individual reservation for more then 5 nights

Deposit payment
30% from total accomodation cost. Payable at least 30 days prior the date of arrival or at the time of booking, if it is made less then 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fees
Cancelation xx days prior to arrival:
- 21 and more: full refund less a 100 CZK fee
- 7 - 20: 70% refund (minimum fee 200 CZK)
- 1 - 6: 50% refund (minimum fee 500 CZK)
- on day of arrival: no refund
